Detailed Description
Gizem Demiroz (she/her), a local queer and unashamedly obese artist, and Anna Kochetkova (she/her), a writer and bi+ activist, are presenting an evening of clothing swapping and Saturday night hangs with mellow music, queer and ally pals.
The event is free and seeks to provide a secure, West Plus Size Clothes, inviting environment for gay people and supporters who live in big and beautiful bodies. All sexualities, gender expressions, and sexes are welcome!
We all know that overweight West Plus Size clothes, people are excluded from many conventional shopping alternatives, West Plus Size Clothes, and that fatphobia continues to pervade all aspects of our life.
Gizem and Anna hope to create an inclusive and accessible event where people of all sizes may trade and recycle hard-to-find plus-size apparel and celebrate their bodies.
- Gizem wears a size 22 and Anna wears a size 14.
- A small selection of apparel in sizes 12 and above will be available as well.
- The event is completely free.
- Eventbrite registration is required.
- Please choose a size range that corresponds to the clothes you want to trade the most.
Mermaeve (she/her), our own local gay, zany, dazzling, and rainbow-licious DJ, is set to provide some interesting sounds on the night. Mermaeve is the Sydney Sparkle Party coordinator, as you may know. Make sure to follow Mermaeve on Instagram.

You don’t have to switch if you don’t want to; simply take your belongings home. We can take care of your garments if you prefer to leave them behind, as we understand that certain clothes may not be returned to their owners.
