Detailed Description of Collage Making
Come to Waverley Library’s informal sessions on the art of cut-and-paste and get to know other local creatives. You will become fully immersed in this distinctive type of art that has had a rebirth in popularity as you study various collage elements in each class.
All ages and ability levels are welcome, although adults are the greatest candidates for the programme. Collagists can connect and relax after work by engaging in various forms of paper art. At night, you are welcome to build anything and share your concepts with the group.
All supplies are included, with the exception of a portfolio or carry case for taking your work home. Almost anything can be used in a collage. Use your imagination only. This is a casual lesson in a calm setting. The lesson will be taught by a Sydney Collage Society member who works in the library.
