Detailed Description of Sound Healing Journey
A sensory trip wherein particular vibrations and sound healing frequencies are mixed with ancient noises. Didgeridoos and Crystal Bowls; Native American Flute and Rattles; Tibetan Bowls and Shamanic Drums; Peruvian Ocarina, Rain-stick, and Bells-stick; Crystal and Bamboo Chimes; and Voice.
These are only a few examples of the numerous classical instruments that will urge you to integrate with each harmonic and sound vibration, resulting in a profoundly grounding and meditative experience that will enable a close connection with our physical bodies. We sometimes struggle to access, integrate, and let go of the emotional vibrations that our memories and tales cling to.
The nervous system’s cycles and the data stored in our blood and cells spontaneously entrain with sound healing frequencies. Here, there is a chance for bodily and mental healing to take place by encouraging a calming state of resonance and belonging with the resonant, nourishing vibrations of Mother Earth.
A rooted experience that ultimately serves as an invitation to broaden our minds to new ideas, open our Hearts to a renewed sense of welcome, and focus our consciousness on the things that require our attention.
This is an invitation to let go of whatever preconceptions you may have from prior sound healing encounters because every instrument in this sound healing journey is played entirely spontaneously. I’m happy to have you here in this holy place.
You will experience:
- A beginning body-focused exercise that uses breath work and modest, gentle movements to help you become more aware of the moment and whatever you are holding inside.
- An hour-long Sound Journey using ancient healing sound frequencies might help with introspection and possibly make contact with memories that are still present in our body-mind link but are unconscious.
- Physical feelings like waves of cold and warmth, tingling, lightness, and openness may accompany an emotional release.
- You might recall memories as pictures, bodily sensations, or even as distinct ideas.

About Marco
Marco generously volunteers his time and energy to help the community heal despite having extensive expertise working in the healing arts. He is trained in somatic healing therapies, adaptive embodiment practises, and integrative breathing techniques for the multidisciplinary treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder.
He is also trained in the usage of the genosociogram as a technique for bringing healing to the dynamics of the family and in a more profound way with regard to our blood ancestors. He holds certifications in both hands-on and remote energy psychic healing as well as integral vibrational sound therapy.
